This is a custom 8” chef knife build made with high carbon steel. Cutting edge is 8” long and comes with padded case.
This is a great knife for any chef ready to have a quality tool that will hold it’s cutting edge for a long time.
We can talk about shape design but most feature an 8” curved blade edge, with a drop point tip. I can add a hamon if you like. All are Mono steel.
